Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost:

Shipping is free for all orders over $100 USD (or equivalent amount in foreign currencies). 

Or flat rate shipping for orders under $100, view at checkout.


Standard Shipping Times: 

  • USA: 7-14 days

  • Canada: 10-15 days

  • Australia, NZ: 10-15 days

  • UK: 7-12 days

  • Other countries: 5-25 days

Processing/ Handling Times:

Orders can take up to 1-2 working days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Change of Address:

Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to request a change of address. Any longer than this, and your order may already be processed and dispatched, so unfortunately we can't make adjustments to the final shipping address. 

Cancellation Terms: 

If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can. Once an order is in our system, it can’t be edited and we can’t usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it’s important that you let us know as early as possible. If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it and you’ll receive a full refund. If we’re unable to do so, don’t worry! You can return your order to us using the process above.

Damaged Packages:

We're incredibly confident in the quality of our product. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion a product may damage during transit or arrive defective. If this is the case, please email us at support@blackridgegear.com with proof of the defective product and we will provide a choice of a free re-shipment of the product or an immediate refund on purchase. Emails for defective product must be sent within 30 days of delivery of the product. 

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!

CUSTOMS CHARGES

International orders may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive to your location. It is your responsibility to pay any additional tax or customs charges. We advise that you check with your local authorities to see if any import charges may apply before you place an order.
